- Physician dictates dictations using a handheld digital voice recorder.
- At the end of the day connect your dictaphone to Physician's PC which has FTP Messenger installed on it.
- Indite's FTP Messenger on Physician PC will upload the voice files to secure FTP server.
- Indite Transciptionist Manager(TM) will transfer voice files to its data center.
- Indite Data center will allocate file to Transcriptionist through secure HIPPS compliant software TM Client.
- Transcribed Word file will go back to Indite Data center.
- Then the transcribed Word file will be allocated to Quality Analyst to proof read the audio file with voice recording.
- Quality checked word file will go back to Indite Data center to be uploaded back to FTP Server.
- Indite FTP Messenger will download the word file into the Physician PC from the secure FTP server.
